Hello    all

The trails are now 100%  open and groomed.  We had to make a trail reroute on the old telephone line   which turned out  to be a very scenic ride.   Many thanks to Jim Bergeron  for finishing the new trail   We had a good crew  when we made this new trail  Thanks to everyone who helped out.  Try out the trail that goes to lee ( Diamond hill rd) We will be grooming again thursday night. Get out there this weekend

Well we were off to a great start, but as normal we have warmed up  and rained on the trails.

We went out and groomed the entire system just before the rain,  it looks like nobody went on the trails when they were soft( thats good news)  I just checked the weather  for the weekend and it doesnt look promising,  warm weather and rain   I will  re post after the warm weather

Think Snow

Please Be Aware:

Small trail off of the trestle with a turn around is now closed.

When driving in the field between the trestle and Packers Falls road PLEASE stay on the trail. This means the trail that runs parallel with the trees. Please do not ride up and down the actual field. Thank you very much for your cooperation this riding season.

As for riding things seen to be being going great and with the continuing cold snowy weather it should continue into March!

Happy New Year everyone! Hope everyone had a safe and relaxing holiday.

Trail grooming is still waiting to commence.Where is all the snow??

We have been riding on some of our trails and the river. I want everyone to take extreme CAUTION while riding on the river because due to the warmer days We've experienced not all of the river is frozen.

I have also recently been out taking measurements of the river and my findings of the ice have varied from 3 inches to 6-8 inches. So clearly this shows not all of the river has not frozen over solid.

Again I want to stress to you my fellow riders please no your surroundings and be very careful while riding on the river. I will keep you updated on the river and trail conditions.

Hope to see everyone at the meeting tonight at Auto Excellence at 730pm.
